1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Mete Block mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and Parental Consent
The App is intended for a general audience and does not collect personal information from its users. There is no minimum age required to play. If you are a minor, please review these Terms together with a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the App and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Illegal Acts: Using the App in any way that violates local or international laws.
- Technical Interference: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security of the App.
- Malicious Behavior: Distributing viruses, malware, or using the App for “spamming.”
- Service Abuse: Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All App design, code, logos, and original content are the exclusive property of Mete Block or its licensors.
- Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes.
- User Content: If you post reviews or content within the App, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display such content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Mete Block DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Mete Block BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US (IF ANY) IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mete Block and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from: (i) your misuse of the App; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in GUANGZHUO.
